Waiting-- Waiting--
Did it ring?-- nope
Can't believe what I'm doing
I ought to do something
Something to crack this safe
where my heart is in place
and maybe throw it away
or wait til it turns gray.
Hence, a change of heart
though it would tear me apart.
At least no more waiting
for this damn phone to ring.
